Mark Reynolds Agrees To Join Yankees

Oct 14, 2014 9:44 PM

Mark Reynolds has agreed to a deal with the Yankees, GM Brian Cashman confirmed Thursday.

The Indians designated Reynolds for assignment last week, ending his first season in Cleveland.

Lacking a power-hitting right-handed bat, the Indians signed Reynolds to a one-year, $6M contract in December. The Yankees also have had issues with right-handed power this season.
